Our Team Leader, Dr. Akapa, has provided support on several projects and related activities including Project Appraisal Documents (PAD), Mid Term Reviews(MTR), Implementation Completion Results Report (ICR), Project Implementation Manuals (PIM).

In addition to his experience at the World Bank, he worked in the private and public sectors as Consultant Director at Wuji Nigeria Limited; Investment Manager at Edmoss Investment Limited; Farm Manager of 500ha Farm at Glaxo Welcome Plc; Principal Scientific Officer at Federal Ministry of Science and Technology; and also as Research Assistant at. the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Ibadan, Nigeria.
